Rain Star Machine Water Turbine Leakage

Remove the bolts that secure the water turbine seat plate and the components connected to the water turbine |

Remove the water turbine seat plate and impeller |
|
Remove the water turbine pulley and the elastic retaining ring at the main shaft, install an M10 bolt on the impeller side of the main shaft, and use a hammer to knock the bolt out of the main shaft. Remove the static ring of the mechanical seal.

Clean the dirt on the water turbine housing, apply lubricating grease to the bearings of the main shaft, install the water turbine, and install the elastic retaining ring |

Install the mechanical seal static ring and dynamic ring (both ends of the dynamic and static rings must be kept clean) |
|
Install the impeller and tighten the bolts. |
|
Install the water turbine seat plate and tighten the bolts (if the sealing strip on the housing is damaged, replace it and apply sealant for installation) |

Installing pulley |

Install the water turbine and its connecting components, and check the sealing with water. |
|
Required tools and items: 13 #, 16 #, 17 #, 18 # open-end wrenches, 16 #, 17 #, 19 # sockets, ratchet wrenches, internal circlip pliers, hammer, pliers, mechanical seals, glass glue Φ 5 sealing strips, glass glue gun. |
