Large chain failure
| |
Before replacing the chain, check if the PE pipes on the reel are loose and disorderly. If there is one, remove the slider on the pipe rack and pull the water spray truck to release the PE pipe (pay attention to the white warning line on the reel) |
Adjust the starting position of the water outlet elbow after the PE pipe is released (the included angle between the elbow and the vertical direction is about 30 °) |
Install the slider, replace the large chain, and install the tension sprocket tension spring. |
Connect water or use the PTO shaft to retract the PE pipe (the first few turns of the PE pipe on the reel must be manually arranged neatly during retrieval). |
If there is no looseness in the PE pipe, the reel can be directly fixed and the large chain can be replaced. |
Small chain failure
| |
Remove the slider from the pipe rack and fully release the PE pipe. |
Remove the PE pipe outlet elbow and large chain from the reel. |
Loosen the connecting bolts that secure the lead screw and the lead screw cover |
Install the small chain, tighten the lead screw, and cover connecting bolts |
Rotate the reel to adjust the starting position of the pipe rack, and install the slider (with the U-shaped port facing vertically downwards) |
Rotate the reel so that the angle between the U-shaped opening and the vertical direction is approximately 30 °, and install the large chain |
Install the water outlet elbow and tighten the bolts. |
Connect water or use the PTO shaft to retract the PE pipe |
