Transmission out of gear inaccurate

2016-12-30

Place the water jet vehicle on the ground and shift the transmission to either gear I or gear II.

Rotate the transmission belt to lift the water spraying crane. Check that the bolt on the closing bracket enters the locking lever (3-5 mm in gear I and 2-3 mm in gear II) and needs to be disengaged.

If the size of the locking lever when entering gears I and II is large, adjust the M8 nut on the control rod inward to shorten the disengagement stroke. If the entry size is very small, adjust it outward.

If the size of the locking lever is too large or too small when entering the first gear, and the other gear is just right, the disengagement top screw on the gearbox can be adjusted. When entering a larger size, the top screw can be adjusted clockwise inward, while when entering a smaller size, the top screw can be adjusted outward.

Repeat the adjustment until the bolt on the closed frame enters the locking lever (3-5 mm in gear I and 2-3 mm in gear II) and can be smoothly disengaged.
