Deformation of the water turbine impeller of the Rain Star machine

Remove the bolts that secure the water turbine seat plate and the components connected to the water turbine

Remove the water turbine seat plate and take out the impeller. |
|
Place it on the platform to find the deformation point of the impeller, and use a hammer to adjust the deformation of the blade (if the deformation cannot be adjusted, replace the impeller) |
|
After adjustment, install the impeller and tighten it. Rotate the impeller until it does not rub against the housing |
|
Install the water turbine seat plate and tighten the bolts (if the sealing strip on the housing is damaged, replace it and apply sealant for installation) |
|
Install the water turbine and its connecting components, and check the sealing with water. |

Required tools and items: 13 #, 16 #, 17 #, 18 # open-end wrenches, 16 #, 17 #, 19 # sockets, ratchet wrenches, internal circlip pliers, hammer, pliers, mechanical seals, glass glue Φ 5 sealing strips, glass glue gun |
